Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase for any reason without penalty within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify L’Agorà di L. Consoli by means of an explicit declaration containing the decision to cancel the contract.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which it was communicated to L’Agorà di L. Consoli the intent to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment) and complete with the attached tax documentation to L’Agora di L. Consoli, Corso Umberto I, N° 133, Taormina (Me) 98039.
Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, L’Agorà di L. Consoli will refund the amount of the products within a maximum period of 14 days.
